Don’t listen to users

We often fall into the trap of asking users what they want. But can we really trust them? Research says no. In this talk, we will learn how to find out what users really want.

Fifth meet-up. October 27th 2017

Ideation

This meeting has been dedicated to "ideation", idea generation. This brainstorming technique gives the opportunity to let a group of users come up with as many solutions for a particular challenge as possible. Various issues in excisting CERN applications were presented and solutions were generated.

This is a real-life test which is currently running so the more answers we get, the better for the presentation.
